Supported Independent Living
A core part of our passion and business is helping clients realise their vision of living independently with a fantastic support system. When you choose us as your NDIS partner you’ll get a dedicated support worker who will work with you to match you up with the best care and service providers to help you achieve your goals and live independently. Short Term Accommodation
Short Term Accommodation is 24/7 care services which provide a great opportunity for the caregivers to take some time off which we take care of their family member. For emergency and short term accommodation, we have the team and partnerships in place to ensure we can help you achieve your goals and dreams.
Day Care Services
Take a break to rest and recharge while our Care Pros take on the caregiving duties. Respite breaks are a vital part of caring and can be booked for a single day or a few weeks as required.
Specialist Disability Accommodation
Western Care is passionate about finding specialist disability housing for people living with all types of disability. Living independently with a disability does not need to be a dream and our highly experienced team regularly assess the suitability of homes for clients. With a keen eye for detail, our team have expert knowledge in this area and know what modifications are possible in a home and where specialist accommodation is needed.
